Ryan Nolan brings over two decades of experience from RAFB and Warner Robins Supply to his real estate career, following in the footsteps of his father, Mike Nolan, a former Air Force member turned Realtor. Growing up in Warner Robins, Ryan is deeply connected to the community and its needs. When he’s not helping clients find their dream homes, Ryan enjoys CrossFit and his true passion—golf. He cherishes family time with his wife, daughters, and their beloved pets: Nolan the Boykin, Chloe the Yorker, and Atlas the cat. As a firm believer in hard work and play, Ryan and his family love to travel in their RV, creating memories and supporting causes along the way. "Ryan Nolan has proven himself to be an exceptional realtor. I had the privilege of working with him in August of 2024 when looking for an investment property during a property drought and down market. My primary agent Drew Beall and I were at our wits end when Mr Nolan crafted a very solid, yet extremely complex deal with a property under contract with new investor who was inexperienced and shaky. Before losing the deal completely, Ryan was able to shift the buyers position allowing me to assume it with many contingencies. Not to name them all, one of the issues would not appraise due to the home not having an HVAC system in place and would require me to investment my own money into a home I did not own yet in efforts to secure the loan. 99.9% of investors would never even consider this, including myself. However, Ryan was able to get everything coordinated to where I felt our chances were solid to take the risk. Towards the end of the deal, we ran a few days shy, and I became nervous, however Ryan was able to hold it together, and the deal went through. I was amazed.
